On December 22, 2023, Uttaranchal School of Hotel and Hospitality Management (USHHM) at Uttaranchal University hosted an engaging Cake Making Workshop for aspiring Hotel Management Students.
Christmas seems to be perfect time to take hospitality students through a journey of Cake making.
Chef Kamal Singh Bisht and Chef Hitendra Singh Chauhan, took the reins at USHHM's recent Cake Making Workshop tailored for Hotel Management students. Guiding students through every step, from batter to intricate designs, both chefs infused the session with their expertise and creativity.
Under their mentorship, students not only mastered technical skills but also explored innovative approaches to cake making.
The leadership of these esteemed chefs not only elevated the workshop but also inspired a new wave of culinary passion among the budding hospitality professionals at USHHM. This event marks a milestone in nurturing and cultivating talent for the future of the culinary industry.
The event was conducted under the supervision of Mr. Manish Badoni, the Principal of USHHM.
