In a monumental convergence of global visionaries and economic stakeholders, the Global Summit Uttarakhand 2023 unfolded its illustrious tapestry at the revered Forest Research Institute in Dehradun. On 9 December 2023, MPH and MHA students from Uttaranchal College of Health Sciences had the opportunity to attend the Health Investor Summit.
Graced by the esteemed presence of the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and the Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah, the summit bore witness to a congregation of 250 global investors. Central to the summit's narrative was the sealing of lucrative investment projects, amounting to an impressive ₹3.8 crore. The summit aimed to provide insights into the latest developments and trends in the industry, focusing on investment opportunities, technological advancements, and emerging healthcare models.
Throughout the summit, students engaged in various sessions led by industry experts, discussing topics such as healthcare innovation, investment strategies, and the impact of digitalization on healthcare delivery. They had the chance to network with professionals from diverse sectors of the healthcare industry, including investors, entrepreneurs, and healthcare practitioners.
