An Industrial Visit to Mochiko Ltd. Dehradun was organized by CRC Club, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, for MBA First Year students on 29th Aug,2023.
Mr. Paramjeet Singh (Senior Manager, CRC), Mr. Bipin Kandpal (CRC Coordinator), Mr. Vasim Ahmad and Dr. Tilottama Singh ( HoD, UIM) were the coordinators of the visit which was proposed and guided by Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Suri, Dean, UIM.
The objective of the visit was to make the students aware about the manufacturing process of footwears industry being an outsource partner of leading global brands.
The group was welcomed by Mr. Rajvir Singh (Production Manager) of the plant. First, he briefed us about the company, its vision, mission, and its products. Thereafter, students were escorted by him to the main production areas of assembling, warehousing, packaging etc.
Finally, the students were invited for queries, wherein many students raised their queries, and he aptly answered them all. Students were elated by the visit.
