School of Applied & Life Sciences, Uttaranchal University has collaborated with Rapture Biotech International Private Limited for skill enhancement & outcome based training with research activities. MOU was signed by Dr. Manjeet Kaur-Director of Rapture Biotech Dehradun unit and Dr. Anuj Kumar Rana- Registrar of the Uttaranchal University in the presence of Hon’ble Chancellor Shri Jitender Joshi, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dharam Buddhi & Dean of School of Applied & Life Sciences- Prof. Ajay Singh. Objective of MOU is to bridge the gap between companies & Academia, promote collaborative research & technology development. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts for running joint skills based courses. Under this MOU student will get benefit of training/Internship as well as research exposure. Dean SALS Prof. Ajay Singh & Director-Rapture Biotech informed that valuable certificate courses on Bioinformatics, Nano Biotechnology, Food Biotechnology, Herbal Drug Formulation and Biocosmetics will be offered for the students, which will enhance skills for employability.
