The Training and Recruitment Division with the collaboration of CRC (Corporate Research Centre) under the aegis of the faculty of Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University has organized a session on the Intellectual Property Rights with Mr. Arpit Kalra (associate partner in SS Rana & Co). The event marked its beginning with the anchors for the day Ms. Vadehi Priya Dwivedi & Ms. Lata Negi who introduced the guests to the gathering. Prof. Dr. Rajesh Bahuguna Sir, Pro Vice Chancellor, Uttaranchal University and Dean, Law College Dehradun, addressed the gathering to acknowledge the relevance of 'IP Day' and presented a brief but impactful welcome address about the key note speaker Mr. Arpit Kalra. The speaker elaborated on the meaning of "Intellectual Property", explained about several trademarks and characteristics for choosing them, discussed trademark prosecution and its process, and concluded with an interactive doubt clearance session. The session was concluded with a vote of thanks by the Head of CRC, Mr. Iqbal Singh Sahani.
