Happy Pixels Photography Club of Uttaranchal School of Journalism and Mass Communication organized a Photography and Film Making Expedition to Manali, Himachal Pradesh from 24th November, 2022 to 28th November 2022. A serene town located amidst the ‘Aanchal’ of the Himalayas Manali has everything it takes to describe ‘someone’ beautiful. The main idea of this trip is to make the students do hands on practice for Nature and Street Photography. The main idea of this trip is to make the students. The students went for trekking and explore the picturesque Himachal Landscape. The students were guided for making travel Vlogs and to do travel Photography. They were also guided to understand the local culture and life of Himalayan Region.
The objectives of the trip were to cultivate the understanding of different cultures and to provide opportunity to learn various type of Photography. The trip also fulfilled the purpose to boost the University’s brand image. In this trip total 25 students and two teachers participated. The trip was co-ordinated by Ms. Smriti Uniyal.
