With an intent to strengthen alumni bonding, Uttaranchal Institute of Management (UIM), Uttaranchal University, organised an Alumni meet on the on Nov 24, 2022.The Alumni meet is being organized by UIM, since 2015. The alumni meet was attended by passed out students of the last four years.
The alumni members were welcomed by Prof (Dr) Pradeep Suri, Dean UIM, and in his address he briefed about the achievements and development of the college over the last few years. He emphasized that Alumni members are brand ambassadors of the institution, and they are important pillars for development of university and society. Dean UIM also urged the alumni to contribute towards making the University A Centre par Excellence.Thereafter, they were invited to share their experiences of their professional and post college life. It was a joyous and nostalgic moment for the students. The alumni also provided valuable feedback related to the curriculum and other activities of the college.
More than 100 alumni members attended the meet with full zeal and enthusiasm.The entire session was detailed and anchored by Dr. Madhu Arora, Assistant Professor, UIM. The vote of thanks to all the eminent resource persons, dignitaries, technical and supportive team, and participants was proposed by Ms. Neeti Mishra, Assistant Professor, UIM.
