The Uttaranchal School of Computing Sciences (USCS), Uttaranchal University, successfully organized BizPlan Battle 2026 on 10th April 2026 at the Seminar Hall under the theme “Plan, Pitch, Prosper" to promote innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Director Prof. Dr. Sonal Sharma, USCS. It was graced by Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Rajesh Singh, Director, DRI, Uttaranchal University, and under the direction of Prof. Dr. Sameer Dev Sharma, HOD, USCS, further motivated participants.
The event featured an insightful session by Prof. Dr. Meera Sharma, USCS, who guided students on business planning and pitching. A total of 11 teams presented innovative business ideas. The winners were Riya Tandon and Himanshu Badoni (First Prize), Ayushi Choudhary and Keerti Rawat (Second Prize), and Keshav Sudan, Pranjal, and Varun (Third Prize).
The event concluded successfully, providing valuable exposure to entrepreneurship. It was supported by faculty members including Ms. Manisha Saini, Ms. Manisha Khanduja, Ms. Pallavi (Event Judge), and Mr. Aagman Kaparwan, along with dedicated USCS volunteers.
