The School of Applied and Life Science has organized an intra Sports Event on 21/08/2024 and 23/08/2024 for the First-year students in the lineup of the Orientation program. Various sports activities were organized i.e. Badminton (Singles and Double), Chess, Carrom, and Table Tennis. The main objective of the event was to raise awareness and passion among students about the value of sports activities in promoting health. The school emphasized the importance of sports and encouraged students to participate in various indoor sports. Students from all the Departments in SALS showed immense participation and played with sportsmen’s spirit and zeal. The event was inaugurated by Dr Ajay Singh, Director, SALS to motivate the students.
The event was organized by Mr Mohd Kamran, Sports Coordinator, SALS. Dr Pooja Yadav, Dr Shivam Pandey, and Dr Madhulika were also present at the event. Afterward, the winners were appreciated by Director, SALS.
