Seminar on IEEE Xplore Digital Library: Delivering Research Better Than Ever

Uttaranchal School of Computing Sciences (USCS), Uttaranchal University, organized a seminar on " IEEE Xplore Digital Library: Delivering Research Better Than Ever " on 14 August 2024, for the fresher students with the aim to provide an in-depth understanding of the IEEE Xplore Digital Library as a premier platform for accessing high-quality research. The expert of the event was Mr Ritesh Kumar, Senior Training Manager EBSCO.  

The program started with the felicitation of guest by Prof (Dr) Sonal Sharma, Dean USCS, Dr Sameer Dev Sharma HoD USCS and Dr Ramveer Tanwar Chief Librarian. 

Prof (Dr) Sonal Sharma emphasized that IEEE Xplore Digital Library provide invaluable insights for academic research, projects, and beyond. Mr Ritesh kumar, explained the features, benefits, and best practices for using the platform to enhance research capabilities, streamline access to cutting-edge publications, and facilitate knowledge sharing.  

At the end, a vote of thanks was proposed by Dr Sameer Dev Sharma. The event was successfully coordinated by Ms Manisha Saini, Ms Manisha Khanduja, Mr Praveen Shah and Mr Harshit Gupta with the support of volunteer students and technical staff
