The Hospitality Club, USHHM, Uttaranchal University, embarked on an insightful Industrial Visit to Sai Caterers, a leading name in the hospitality and catering industry on March 26, 2024. This educational excursion was meticulously coordinated by Assistant Professor Mr. Surendra Singh Bhakuni and Mr. Nishant Tomar, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all participants. 

 

The visit was specifically designed for USHHM students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical application in the real world. Students were given a comprehensive tour of Sai Caterers’ state-of-the-art facilities, where they observed the intricacies of catering operations, event management, and customer service excellence. 

 

Interactions with seasoned professionals provided valuable insights into the dynamics of the catering business, including menu planning, food preparation, service management, and the importance of maintaining high-quality standards. Visit also emphasized the significance of teamwork, innovation, and adaptability in fast-paced hospitality industry.
