In celebration of Basant Panchami, an auspicious occasion marking the onset of spring, Uttaranchal School of Hotel & Hospitality Management, Dehradun organized A Quality and skill enhancement Workshop on “Satvik Food” on 14 February 2024. The event served as a platform to foster quality education, enhancing skills, health consciousness, cultural appreciation, and culinary innovation among students. This workshop provided an opportunity for students to learn and enhance their skills on bulk cooking.
