Uttaranchal University organised Gandhi Jayanti celebration on October 2nd, 2023. The event featured a touching floral tribute to the leaders of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri and a meaningful cleanliness drive, with active participation from over 30 NCC cadets and dedicated faculty members.
The campus underwent a remarkable transformation after the successful cleanliness drive. The floral tribute, symbolizing unwavering commitment to Mahatma Gandhi's principles of peace and non-violence, added an elegant touch to the occasion.
The primary objective of honouring and celebrating Gandhi's legacy was effectively realized. The university showcased its reverence and appreciation for the legacy of our leaders through the participation of NCC cadets, faculty members, and volunteers, who contributed significantly to the event's success.
