The Division of Research & Innovation, Uttaranchal University, took the initiative to organize a Principals' Conclave on 12th May 2023 at Uttaranchal University. The conclave aimed to foster collaboration among principals from various schools and inspire new initiatives to promote innovation among young minds. A total of 42 school principals actively participated in the conclave, representing a diverse range of educational institutions.
The Principals' Conclave was a resounding success with the active participation of 42 school principals. The event provided a unique opportunity for principals to collaborate, learn from each other's experiences, and explore innovative practices in education. The discussions on integrating technology into the curriculum, creating awareness about the NEP, and introducing a Junior Hackathon yielded valuable insights and actionable strategies for the principals to implement in their respective schools.
