On the occasion of WORLD THEATRE DAY that is observed on 27th March, Abhivyakti the Theatre Club of USJMC and Dhad Natya Mandal performed two plays.
Muaavze ka Chashma - written & directed by Subodh Sinha
Proposal – Written by by - Anton Chekhov and Directed by - Kailash Kandwal
The first play was story of people who suffer in riots and second play was a comedy in which a marriage proposal was presented in comic manner.
On this occasion Director Dr. Vikash Singh, Assistt Professor Ms. Roohi Quadri, Asstt. professor Ms. Ankita Singh, Asstt. Professor Mr. Kailash Kandwal, Mr. Pawan Dabral and Mr. Rakesh Chandra were present along with all students of USJMC and some of the students from UIPS and SLA .The audience enjoyed both plays and was clapping hands being witnessed great performances of all actors. At the end Mr. Kailash Kandwal gave vote of thanks to all the presentees and performers associated with Dhad Natya Mandal.
