The Law College Dehradun faculty of Uttaranchal University organized a workshop on "Judgement Writing" under the aegis of its Competition Cell. The workshop was primarily conducted for the benefit of aspirants to the judicial service. The event was organized in the benign presence of Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, CEO of Pranav Vashishtha, the Legal Clinic, Vice President Prof. Satbir Singh Sehgal, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajesh Bahuguna of the university, Prof. Poonam Rawat, Head of the LCD, and Mr. Sachin Kumar, Chairperson of the LCDCC.
Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, who was the chief guest and keynote speaker, is an innovative judge academician and retired District and Session Judge, Almora, Uttarakhand. Dr. Gyanendra Sharma's session focused on the writing of judgments in both civil and criminal matters. Particularly the format of judgement writing followed in the high court of Uttarakhand at Nainital.
