Law College Dehradun,
Faculty of Uttaranchal University, organized an International Webinar on
'International Business Law" under the aegis of Training and Recruitment
Division on 1October 2022 with Mr. Bola Makinde, Chief Executive at Middlesex
college, London, being the keynote Speaker and Mr. Amritesh Pratap Singh,
Co-Founder of the Seeding Brains was the guest. Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Bahuguna,
Dean Law College Dehradun, commenced the event with a brief introduction of the
guests. Following this, Mr. Amritesh Pratap Singh, Co-Founder of the Seeding
Brains, enlightened the attendees regarding their organization and its working.
Thereon, Mr. Bola Makinde began discussing about all the aspects of
International Law and its sources. He also educated the participants about the
International Business Law, International Arbitration and how these
International Business treaties are enforced. He concluded his speech with the
words that "What we have is based on International Legal Rules that
regulates a variety of International Business Activities across the
world." This was followed by the Question- Answer session which was
moderated by Ms. Ishika Singh. Eventually, the session was concluded by Mr.
Jayesh Srivastava, President, Training and Recruitment Division with a formal
Vote of Thanks. It was an amazingly enriching event to attend and the
participants had been offered a great opportunity to learn from the knowledge
being imparted.
